Majority types

Qualified

Configurable threshold: 2/3, 3/4 or any other required percentage.

Unanimous

All voting members must cast a favourable vote for approval.

Secret ballot

Mode supported by the voting panel for resolutions requiring greater confidentiality.

Quorum before opening the vote

The real panel blocks a vote from opening if the meeting lacks quorum, using attendees registered in the session.
